I previously worked as a Software Developer and QA Manager at Knoa Software, where I built and maintained modern UI systems, data‑rich web interfaces, and browser‑level monitoring tools used by enterprise customers. In my dual role, I led QA strategy and automation initiatives while continuing to design and implement frontend features, debug complex client/server interactions, and collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QE teams. This combination of engineering and quality leadership strengthened my focus on reliability, maintainability, and clean architecture. Across my time at Knoa, I aimed to deliver software that felt fast, intuitive, and dependable while helping the team adopt better testing practices and development workflows.
